Product Feature and Application

 

Application: This product is primarily used for high-quality splicing of abrasive belts.

Mix 100 kg of adhesive with 10–15 kg of hardener, stir thoroughly, and apply onto the abrasive belt. Allow to air-dry for 5–10 minutes, then join the ends. Press-cure under a pressure of 20–30 MPa at 55–70°C (60°C is optimal) for 8–15 seconds. After curing, let the joint rest for 24 hours to achieve maximum bond strength (in winter, the resting time should be appropriately extended). The pot life of the mixed adhesive is typically 2–3 hours; care must be taken to prevent premature curing and loss of usability.
