Strong industrial glue 285FH is a toluene-free, environmentally friendly adhesive we developed specifically for the footwear industry, with excellent brushing performance. It is designed for demanding applications in cold bonding processes, striking a good balance between initial tack and ease of handling.

Its initial tack is strong-once components are brushed and bonded, they hold firmly without requiring long waiting times. Its most outstanding feature is an exceptionally long open time, rarely seen in the industry, reaching over 24 hours. Whether for manual bonding or automated production lines, there is ample time for adjustments and precise alignment, with no impact on final bond strength. Its heat resistance is also stable, ensuring reliable performance of finished footwear under various usage conditions.

2. Clean the shoe material surface and perform surface treatment if necessary. Apply adhesive by brush after the surface is dry.
3. Drying time: Dry in an oven at 55-65°C for 3-5 minutes, then proceed with pressing.
